![]() Luckily, that was only 1 day and the rest of the days were better but still. There was not even a pool party happening, it was a ghost town and yet they had 7 bar tenders scheduled, but no waitresses and no one cleaning up the pool area. There was trash in the pool, at the bottom of the pool, tons of leafs and even towels at the bottom of the pool. The pool was VERY dirty on the day we arrived (granted, it was a very windy day) but that's no excuse for a Vegas hotel. You would think at $25 per drink they would serve you a bit better & faster. The pool area was pretty dead, the pool side service was SOOO SLOOOOW. It also felt a bit dark and the cigarette smell was a bit stronger than I had remembered on previous visits. The casino was confusing to navigate (and I'm a young, educated person). The bathroom was nice and big and well kept but it left alot to be desired on its level of luxury. The room was comfortable, but the bed was hardly a king size. I upgraded to the Octavius tower Suite, and I'm glad I did because it was pretty sub-par for a suite, I can't imagine what the standard room would have looked like. I thought the Caesars, although an older property would hold up to the "Vegas Standard" but sadly it fell short. ![]() This was my 8th trip to Vegas, I've stayed in budget hotels and I've stayed in 5 star hotels.
